GraceMark

You might want to know this about GraceMark Church before you read any further. We believe God’s Church is not about a building or events or numbers or a style or a leader.

We believe the Church is simply people. GraceMark is nothing more than ordinary people who are experiencing God’s amazing grace together. We are everyday people who are wrestling with trusting God enough to enter the journey of knowing Him intimately.

We are just like you. We have all failed, sometimes badly, sometimes yesterday We have all been hurt, sometimes horribly. We have found ourselves wondering if anything is REAL or true or good. We want to change, but we are afraid to change. We want to follow God, but we struggle with giving up control. We want to know and decide exactly where we are going, instead of living the mystery of following God day by day. We often find it hard to trust and to risk and to believe.

There are no professional Christians among us.  We are all little children, seeking to know and follow our heavenly Father.  We are all sheep, intensely in need of begin loved and nurtured by Jesus Christ, the Great Shepherd.  Some days we know and embrace our need for Him, and some days we forget and run off and do our own thing - as children are prone to do.

Yet, in spite of our wrestling with and running from Him, God has placed in us a passion and a  hunger for what is REAL and for what is Life.  Here is what we are discovering in our hunger and quest for REAL life.
