Prayer is the practice of the presence of God. It is the place where pride is abandoned, hope is lifted, and supplication is made. Prayer is the place of admitting our need, of adopting humility, and claiming dependence upon God. Prayer is the needful practice of the Christian. Prayer is the exercise of faith and hope. Prayer is the privilege of touching the heart of the Father through His Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.

Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. James 4:8

Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, shall guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Phil. 4:6-7

PLEASE KNOW CHURCH FAMILY THAT I AM OK. MY GOD IS BIGGER THAN ANY HURT! YOU WILL NEVER KNOW HOW YOUR SUPPORT AND LOVE HAS COMFORTED ME AND WILL CONTINUE TO COMFORT ME. CONTINUE TO LOVE ON MY BABIES. THEY NEED YOU MORE NOW THAN EVER. THERE IS STILL WORK TO BE DONE IN ALVARADO. GOD IS GOOD AND HE WILL SEE US THROUGH THIS HARD TIME. WE MUST ALL REMEMBER TO HATE THE SIN AND NOT THE SINNER. I LOVE YOU ALL..........THANK YOU FOR THE PRAYER WALK AROUND MY HOME LAST NIGHT...........THOSE WALLS ARE COMING DOWN.

Please pray for my husband Jason as he is in the process of returning to full-time police work very soon. Also please pray for all of the other public servants out there everyday and night sacrificing to save our lives.

Please everyone pray for our church. God is truely @ work in GMC but also the devil tends to try to work hard to see us all hurt and struggle. Lets stomp him out. We have an awesome pastor and leader! Thank you in all sincerity to Rick and Michelle for being such glorius folks to everyone that they encounter!

*Lift up the 30 women going on our first ever GraceMark Women's Fall Retreat. God has some work to do this weekend and I can't wait to see HIM MOVE!
*Continue to pray about our possible building.
*God is doing some pretty cool stuff on wednesday nights during our Kidz Klub and Power Source(youth). Pray for our students.
*Linda Daugherty's surgery was successful. Please pray for her as she goes through the healing process.

I would like for you all to pray for our family, especially for our grandbaby.Pray that God will keep him safe and watch over him day and night for us. Also, pray that his mother would find God in her heart.
