Prayer is the place of admitting our need, of adopting humility, and claiming dependence upon God. Prayer is the needful practice of the Christian. Prayer is the exercise of faith and hope. Prayer is the privilege of touching the heart of the Father through His Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.

Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. James 4:8

Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, shall guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Phil. 4:6-7

Be in prayer for Will Brown,Travis and Kims son.He is in the hospital with a fever and on antibiotics.The doctors have detected a heart murmur and will see a cardiolgist tomorrow.

Please be in prayer for the Gilleland family. Livvy has been dealing with a severe case of strep throt, turning into scarlet fever and has been in the hospital since tuesday morning. She has been one sick young lady. May get to go home tomorrow if she can keep her dinner down tonite. And now Patti has been diagnosed with strep also. Please be in prayer for them. As this family is trying to get well.

Please pray for mine and Dorothy's brother his name is Larry Campbell, he was taken to Harris Hospital this afternoon with chest pain and low blood pressure. They decided to keep him because they did not like the way his EKG looked. Please pray that he just has a virus and not anything with his heart. He has had a virus the past couple of days.
